  2. It’s odd, some WODs I look at and think “gosh, this is going to sucks…” and at the same time “wow, this is awesome…”.

  3. Kick ass programming! 18:20 sub 400 meter row. Great job this morning everyone! Brittany and Katie have to come more often to the 5:30 class. You two are hilarious.

  4. Good workout! 14:51 Rx’d. I was trying to keep Izzo from catching me the whole workout. He managed to get me on the last 400m run. Great work, Alex!

  5. 14:20 Rx. David was a couple reps ahead of me the whole time which kept me pushing to catch him. Great job David.
