12:28 scaled to 3-3-2-2-1 rope climbs and 65-75-80-85-90 C&J.
I was pretty nervous about climbing the rope since I’ve only (successfully) climbed the rope a handful of times, and that was 6 months ago. I think my rope climb rep scheme was a good scale for me, but I went a little too light on the C&J. Thank you Jeff, Alex, and Emily for cheering me on!
Had the pleasure of working out with Fei today. She did great! I did the gold scale today, subbed rope climbs for pullups: 25, 20, 15, 8, 4. C&J: 55#, 60#, 65#, 70#, and 75#. Finished in 9:38. After completing the WOD, I decided to try for a new C&J PR. Got a 100# C&J. PR’d by 10# on jerk and 15# on clean. Awesome work this morning guys and gals!
Had a lot of fun with this one. 9:45 Rx’d. It seems so much more difficult doing it yourself than watching others on TV. 🙂
10:27 not quite rx’d…. did 185lb C+J throughout, ~20ft rope climbs.
