  1. 17:53 Rx’d (except for subbing 30 ab-mat situps for GHD situps)
    I took it a little easy on my back today. I played it safe and stayed away from the GHD and linking dead lifts. Still not quite right after the squat clean and jerks last week.

    225 lbs on the dead lift and 1 round of GHD situps then went ab mat.

    My back has been a little aggrivated since the last time we had GHD situps and they didn’t feel right today so I went down to the ab mat just to be safe. The sprints in 4000% humidity didn’t feel great either… But Daniel, the bully, wouldn’t let me do five 10 meter sprints inside
