Really looking forward to another nutrition class by Michelle Simpson! Cannot wait to hear of all the awesome results again!
I look forward to it!! I can’t wait to meet the new folks. And for all of you considering the class but are unsure of what you’ll be doing it’s really very informal and comfortable.
On the first night we will take stats, before pictures, measurements, 3 site caliper checks and the least important data point is the scale weight.
Ladies please wear a sports bra and shorts, guys be prepared to take off your shirts.
We do this behind curtains that we put over the pull-up bars so don’t be concerned if you are modest.
If you know that the holiday season is a struggle for you, the accountability of discussing your food for the week is a great motivator for keeping you on track.
See you all soon!
Looking forward to this! I’ll be using it to help keep me on track for the wedding… and then surviving my first holiday season after going paleo.
Great night! Enjoyed seeing everyone tonight and I look forward to the next 12 weeks with you guys!
