  1. Thanks, Daniel, for the travel WOD suggestions.

    3rnds; 400m run, 15 dips, 10 strict pull ups, 10 pushups. 15:43.

Watching CrossFit games (benefit of being on the west coast); they are spectacular. Makes me sore just watching…

  2. Great progress from my athletes this morning! Monna had never snatched before and she hit 56 lbs before she was done! Ken made excellent progress in training overhead shoulder flexibility. Mike hit a big AMRAP on his strength work. Great way to start the day!

After class I did shoulder press 3×5. Finished with 170×3 which is a 25 lb PR from May. Not sure where that came from but I’ll take it!

    1. Nice should press PR! That is moving some serious weight overhead. Well, I have nothing on you now. 🙂

      1. Tell him, Hudson! He’s going crazy lately with his numbers! He is working hard for it. I do know that.

  3. Still travelin’. Rode a bike for 3k (it’s been a rough two days and I needed something I could do without my brain being involved). Then I did some 20lbs barbell presses and some barbell squat cleans (I think that’s what they’re called)  Not a whole lot, but better than being the slot I could have been.

  4. Jeff, Justin, Jason, Christina, Rosie, and everyone else in the 5:15 class today – I had a great time, thanks for having me. If anyone is ever in DC, don’t be a stranger – you’re welcome to get my email address from Jeff or Christina.

    1. Great job tonight Josh. I’ll be in DC in a few weeks. Find a new box and I’ll join you one day. Was able to PR at 150# today, just missed 155#. Next time!

  5. Snatch 1×7:
    85-95-100-105-110-115-120(x)
I can hit 115 all day, 117 most of the time, but 120 just keeps on giving me a hard time. I’ll get it some day! I just need to practice more.

  6. Shoulder acting cranky so I did back squat 3×5: 265-275-285-295-305(PR by 5)

Had a good time helping out at the 6:30 by working with Ken and Emily. You guys did great!
