  2. Still traveling… One more week. Was out at the Kern River (Sequoia National Forest) over the weekend, so besides a little trout fishing and hiking I completed a fairly “paleo” WOD:

    3 rounds of 20 stump jumps (guessing about 20-24″), 20 boulder cleans (guessing 20-25lb), and 20 boulder push presses (guessing 40-45lb). 15:43.

    Key to the boulders was less the weight, but finding the right shape. It was a fun time. Looking forward to being back at CFI in a week!

  3. Jay that sounds awesome, man. Kings Canyon National Park, which is right next to Sequoia, is my favorite place on earth. I am extreme jealous.

    This one was as brutal as it looked, if not more. 37:08, silver (w/ gold rep scheme for single under substitute).
