We need athletes to demo a CrossFit workout with us at the 1st Annual Fitness Fest here in Madison on October 29th. CrossFit Impulse was invited along with CrossFit Nomad to show the local fitness community what CrossFit is all about. We will be demoing a CrossFit Workout at 10:30am involving movements you are all familiar with and scales for each ability level. We need athletes available to demo Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Rx’d versions of the workout. This will allow the general public to see that CrossFit is for everyone, no matter what your fitness level or how new you are to CrossFit. This is not a competition, just a friendly demonstration with our CF Nomad friends. Come out and join us! There is a sign-up sheet available on the table at CFI. Be sure to let us know what scale you will be demoing. Hope to see you there!
