Come join us at CFI for our first time hosting “Grace” for the Barbells for Boobs Fundraiser! This Amazing “Grace” is an annual fundraiser that combines the efforts of Mammograms In Action working in conjunction with CrossFit affiliates worldwide to raise money and awareness for the fight against breast cancer. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Mammograms In Action. Mammograms In Action (MIA) is a non-profit breast cancer organization with the mission to provide funding for qualified low-income and uninsured women and men who need screening and/or diagnostic procedures in the prevention of breast cancer.
The CrossFit workout is “Grace”. In this workout, you perform 30 Clean and Jerks for time. The prescribed weight is 135 pounds for men and 95 pounds for women. During the Amazing “Grace” fundraiser we will have Gold, Silver, and Bronze scaling options for any ability level. Any athlete can participate in this event and show their support.
