  2. This was my first for time WOD in a long while and it showed. Shortness of breath, general mental fatigue. After 3 rounds of 85# and 3/4 pd, I had had it. I met the physical limit for the day without aggravating too much. However, the hamstrings are saying hello today. It was great to see so many motivated people at the box.

  3. Great coaching Emily! Thanks for all of your help with the squat cleans. Really motivating group….helped so much. This one was tough.
