Did a home mod with the kidos which really added to the constantly varied category with their contribution of push-up dad hurdles and stuffed animal projectiles. My son was a trooper and did a round with me which was great.

Everyone did such a great job today on this grueling WOD. I saw great improvement on the amount of chalk bucket and water fountain trips. Mental fitness is such a huge component in CrossFit and in life. Keep working on it every day guys!
