  1. Did a home mod with the kidos which really added to the constantly varied category with their contribution of push-up dad hurdles and stuffed animal projectiles. My son was a trooper and did a round with me which was great.

    3 rounds for time:
    50 push-ups
    50 sit-ups
    50 air-squats


    really focused on strict plank pushups, not using arm momentum on situps and going to my full depth on air squats.

    Everyone did such a great job today on this grueling WOD. I saw great improvement on the amount of chalk bucket and water fountain trips. Mental fitness is such a huge component in CrossFit and in life. Keep working on it every day guys!

  3. 42:54 Rx’D. Jordan being there coaching me through this definitely kept me moving. Everyone did awesome, moved fast, and the camaraderie kept everyone motivated.
