WHAT:
Randy for Regionals is a fundraiser competition using a short, fun workout! All of the proceeds go to CFI’s Affiliate Team trip to the CrossFit Games Dirty South Regionals in West Palm Beach Florida where the team will compete against the top 30 teams in the Southeast!
WOD:
“Randy” is 75 Power Snatches for time. Male weight is 75lbs; female weight is 55lbs. There will be scaled versions of the WOD available for all ability levels! A power snatch is pictured below.
PRIZES:
Prizes will be awarded to first through third places in the male and female divisions.
1st place: CFI T-shirt and a sports massage donated by Pam Deese and Carol Patterson from Madison School of Massage Therapy.
2nd place: CFI T-shirt and a $25 gift certificate from Tommy’s Pizza.
3rd place: CFI T-shirt.

AFTER PARTY:
The after party will be at Tommy’s Pizza in Bridge Street Town Center! Come join us to socialize and celebrate with pizza and beer! Or, if it isn’t a cheat day for you, try Tommy’s delicious paleo bowl. There will be a full spread available with the good the bad and the ugly! $12 for Adults and $7 for kids. (Beer and wine not included) 100% of all the proceeds at Tommy’s that Saturday will be going towards our Affiliate Team. Our goal is to reach $1,000 so invite everyone you know!
