Columbus Day: Monday Oct. 8th ***We will have a modified schedule for Columbus Day, with only a single class at 9:00 AM class and Open Gym from 10 AM – 1 PM. All other classes are cancelled.
Halloween Party: Come join us for our annual CFI Halloween party! On Friday, October 26th we will be celebrating Halloween CrossFit Impulse style! There will be prizes for the best male, female, and kid’s costumes. Bring a drink and/or food to share. There will be a signup sheet on the counter so you can let us know what you’re bringing.
