Congrats to everyone that participated in the Protocol Combine! Every one of you absolutely rocked it on Saturday!
This week we finish up our squat cycle. I delayed squats from Monday until Tuesday to give our hips, back, and legs a little more recovery from the Protocol Combine. I know if I plan to squat at 95%, I need another day.
This week I recycled some successful pieces from our last Strength and Gymnastics cycle. I also used a lot of the CFI class programming. I don’t ever publish a week of programming that I’m not happy with, but I’m especially happy about this week’s regular class WODs.
Thunderdome is still in the making. I’d like to get your input. Let’s throw some ideas on the whiteboard this week and have fun with it. That’s what Thunderdome is all about.
