Friends and Family day is this Saturday, April 23rd @ 9 am at CrossFit Impulse. If you have been interested in CrossFit, but want to try it out before you sign up then this is the day for you!
AMRAP 7 (As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 minutes)
10 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups
10 Ring Rows
All of these movements have scales that can be accomplished by anyone at any fitness level. And don’t worry, the coaches show you how to do everything before the workout. Come on out and give it a try!
